May have married any number of times between 1st wife dying (1889) and next children!!

Possible

Dec 1889 RD Basford: Mary Beer or Jane Bradley
Jun 1890 RD Basford: Charlotte Ann Jepson
Jun 1890 RD Basford: Sarah Phillips or Eliza Webster

We know he marries a Sarah by 1894, so must be Sarah Phillips..?
Given her age, probably previously married.7

Resch Notebetween 1 October 1892 and 31 December 1892 Research Note: at R.D. Basford
Sarah Leivers age 33 died in R.D. Basford.
This is the only Sarah Leivers, and age fits the evidence.
I therefore assume this is the death of William's second wife.

Probably as the result of childbirth/pregancy complication?14

Had a Sonbetween 1 October 1892 and 31 December 1892 His son William Leivers was born between 1 October 1892 and 31 December 1892 at R.D. Basford.4
Resch Note1894 Research Note:
After the death of his second wife, William Marries another Sarah in 1894, who was born in Langley Mill (co-incidentally like Bryan Leivers, son from second marriage).

3 possible Sarah's (1891-1901) for this third marriage Sarah Needham (Mar 1894) R.D. Basford
Sarah Gent or Sarah Ann Merriot (Jun 1894). R.D. Basford

The Sarah with this William in 1891 was born 1867 in Langley Mill, DBY. As this is the same place as "Bryan", and there was a Sarah Needham born in Langley Mill in 1866, I am prepared to go with Sarah Needham (until other evidence become available).7

Bartholomew Banks vs Mary Drewery

(plaintiff is a tenant farmer who wants people to stop walking across a "trespass path" between Gedney Dyke and Gedney Greendyke. Mary Drewery was the chosen victim , who "has known and walked the path for 42 years, and walked to Lutton Church for 30 years using the path" but could have been one of many called to court. Another researcher has a George Leivers of this pair, born c1833 , Greasley. Possible, because there is a gap in my Greasley extracts 1830-1837.
However, no George age 7/8 in 1841 census, and not in Greasley burials either.

Could have been baptised and buried before 1841 of course... No record of burial.

Known Children of Martha Maria Lievers and John Purdy Martin

(Bride) Marriage*11 May 1878 Martha Maria Lievers married John Purdy Martin on 11 May 1878 at Eastwood, NTT,
Not certain where this information came from, but is probably reliable as it has a precise date. If someone had the actual certificate they might have known Martha's father's name, which would have been the clincher.

Not found in Eastwood registers. Maybe Kimberley? or an "independent"?6,7
