Charles Richard James and Winifred Lilian Sharpe are entitled to a one sixth share each in that capacity. His Uncle reginald John James died during his lifetime leaving two children Mrs. Kathleen Hilton and Mrs. Margaret Chamberlain who therefore are entitled to equally share in his one sixth of the state, giving them one twelfth each. His Aunt Florence May Franklin predeceased him leaving three children Mrs. Joyce Mary Hardy, Mrs. Brenda Betty Dolby and John Henry Franklin, his Uncle George Sidney James died leaving three children surviving namely Miss Winifred M. James, Kenneth James and Mrs Edith M. Stuart and his Uncle Albert Edward died during his lifetime also leaving three children Alan James, Wilfred James and Geoffrey James and therefore each of those beneficiaries shares equally in the share of the estate which his or her parent would have received had they survived the late Mr. Kingswood giving them a one eighteenth share each.
